West Hills - Summerhill Row

West Hills is a unique 450 acre Master Planned community with abundant green space, rolling terrain, streams, and bluffs.   Phase I is now complete.  Plans for  Phase II are underway with construction anticipated in late 2012.  Single family lots and townhome units will be available.  Unique features include decorative street lighting, underground electrical and communication services, natural gas services, and Restrictive Covenants in place to protect your inverstment and quality of living. 

We do have a limited supply of lots remaining on Summerhill Row with pricing betweeen $75k to $99k for the 2012 construction season.  Should you choose Hill Bros. as your builder we will also assist you in your lot selection by fitting your proposed new home on any of the lots available using our in-house CAD to ensure you get the right home for you.
