Hill Bros. offers home and lot packages. We have a number of in-house plans to choose from or you can provide your own dream house plans. Either way we will provide you with budget pricing for decision making and final pricing for contract purposes. Purchasing a home and lot package through us allows us to provide construction financing. You will still need to place a downpayment but this type of contract drastically eases the problems (and costs) of financing throughout the construction. 
 
All homes built by Hill Bros. are constructed to the R-2000 Standard that incorporates energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and environmental features. Total ownership costs for R-2000 homes are lower than conventional homes because of the lower energy consumption. You will however be enjoying a healthier, more comfortable living environment that is environmentally friendly! Just think ... no more cold floors, leaky openings, sick air, odours etc. Just lower utility bills and higher comfort. Also, since natural gas is available to every lot you have your choice of an energy source.
