Royal Business Park

The Royal Business Park is conveniently located at the intersection of The Ring Road (Route 105) and the Royal Road.  Industrial Park (IP) zoning is in place with full city services available. Our plans are to construct an industrial type strip mall approximately 7,000 sq. ft. with the intent to offer low rents. This small development would be located on the corner lot fronting Royal Road with access from Royal Parkway.
