Multi Unit Dwelling

Hill Bros. will be offering multi-unit dwellings (or townhomes) in the very near future. Plans are currently underway for the next phase of West Hills and townhomes will be part of this development.  We have been working on some preliminary multi-unit plans and based on this we can say that the design. quality, and finish will be outstanding. Our design intent allows for 1-storey units with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a loft above which could be used as a study, den, or extra bedroom. Common area maintenance costs will be based on the number of units in the association and, where possible, street access will be public allowing City crews to maintain thus reducing your monthly costs.
