Total ownership costs for R-2000 homes are lower than conventional homes because of the lower energy consumption.  You will however be enjoying a healthier, more comfortable living environment that is environmentally friendly!  Just think ... no more cold floors, leaky openings, sick air, odours etc.  Just lower  power and water bills.

Also, since natural gas is available to every lot you have your choice of an energy source. 

Lots are priced at $ 75,000, $ 79,000, $89,000, and $ 99,000 for the 2010 construction season based on direct buy from the developer.  We have three (3) oversize lots at approx. 1,650 sq. m.  These extra large lots will accommodate almost any larger home. Hill Bros. will also assist you in  your lot selection by fitting your proposed new home on any of the lots available using CAD to ensure conformity to zoning by-laws. 

Home construction packages are available from Hill Bros. or you may choose your own contractor. A complete list of approved contractors for Phase I is available at our office or from the New Brunswick Home Builders Association
