Hill Bros. Realty & Investments Ltd. was founded by the late Hazen Hill and Raymond Hill. In the early 1930's the brothers operated as a food wholesale business between Fredericton, NB and Newcastle, NB (now Miramichi City).

The business was sold in 1951 to Atlantic Wholesalers at which time Hazen and Raymond entered the local real estate and development market. Tracts of land were bought up, streets were serviced, and building lots were created. Thus the framework for an aggressive home building era had begun and continues today!

Today Hill Bros. is a leading edge developer with a focus on energy efficiency, quality construction, value and convenience. This focus is now lead by a third generation of developers.

The newest Master Planned community West Hills encompasses approximately 450 acres with a planned 15 year build-out. Both Darren and Scott believe this development will be a benchmark by which all other developments compare to.
