Carrington Place comprises Douglas Avenue, Mannington Lane, Lexington Lane, Carrington Lane, Evans Street, Estey Lane, Columbus Ct., and Wiggins Drive. The area includes some 400 single family dwellings that started in 1987 and was completely sold out in 2001. Carrington Place was considered the fastest growing development in the City of Fredericton.
