Hill Bros. is a family owned and operated land development business.  Each year we plan projects to further development within the City of Fredericton.  This year we are completing a 15,000 sq. ft. strip mall in our newest commercial development West Hills Village and are planning another new phase in our residential development West Hills.

Our newest Tenants include Pita Pit (Prospect St.), VitalAire, Saigon Noodle, Instant Imprints, Pizza Pro, and Fredericton Animal Hospital.  In addition to commercial leasing and new lot sales we are also licensed R-2000 home builders.
